Camera — 25 March 2009

Canon officially unveiled their newest Rebel camera today, the EOS Rebel T1i. It boasts a 15.1 megapixel sensor and can capture 1080 HD video at 20 fps – 720 is possible at 30fps. Much like the rest of Canon’s most recent camera releases, the EOS Rebel T1i uses the DIGIC 4 image processor for what should hopefully result in brilliant photos. At the back of the camera is a 3-inch LCD and you can expect the same 18-55 IS EF-S kit lens that is found on some of their other DSLRs.
Expect this thing to hit the street on $900.
