If I could afford to jet set first class, let alone cross the Atlantic, this is exactly how I’d go.  What you’re looking at is Swiss Air’s new First Class cabins, which is part of their fleet refresh.  The cabin looks to be modular in the sense that you can adjust your privacy settings by extending pocketed panels.   I’m particularly fond of the dinner for two setup that transforms into a full lay down bed with 22-inch or so sized LCD TV.  Cost to travel?  Probably like $10k or something crazy.
