Cell Phones GPS — 04 February 2009

I don’t know about you guys, but I’ve been waiting and waiting for Garmin to finally unveil their long awaited Nuvifone. Well, and you probably guessed it, it’s here. Well, sort of. As it turns out, Garmin has teamed up with Asus (yes, the computer maker) to produce a whole slew of Nuvifones for 2009. Oh, and that Nuvifone we heard about back in 2008, it’s now officially called the Garmin-Asus Nuvifone G60. Launch date for the G60 is still set for the first half of 2009, and expect it to be shown off at the World Mobile Congress on February 16th, when Garmin-Asus will launch a new, additional model.
