According to reports, Amazon is set to introduce the Kindle 2.0 next Monday at a Feb 9 press event. I won’t get into the specs as it was covered here, but the Kindle 2.0 is the next big thing for Amazon.com. According to Mark Mahaney of Citigroup, 500,000 Kindles were sold last year and based on his research he estimates the Kindle will become a $1.2 billion business by 2010.
