Acer Aspire One AOD150-1165 10.1-Inch Netbook Officially Goes Up For Preorder At Amazon

Well, well, well, Looks like Acer is almost ready to start shipping their Aspire One 10-inch variant here in the US. Amazon officially has it as the Aspire One AOD150-1165 10.1-Inch Netbook and can now be preordered for $350. Specs includes 1.6 GHz Intel Atom N270 Processor, 1GB of DDR2 RAM, 160GB hard drive, XP Home, 6-cell battery, Intel GMA 950, webcam, 3x USB 2.0 ports, WiFi b/g, 2.95lbs, media card reader and 10.1-inch LCD.

Will the new Acer Aspire One AOD150-1165 (w/10″ screen) be easier to upgrade to 2gb of RAM? The former (8.9″) model was upgradable to 1.5gb but only by someone with a fairly high level of technical ability, not your average user (me).
I heard the 10″ will be here (US) in mid Feb. Anyone else heard anything yet? Tomorrow marks the middle of the month.

I heard it’s equipped with internal 3G modem, but I’m not sure whether it can be used to place a call or just for data only.
