Cell Phones — 27 January 2009
Sean of Popsci got his mitts on Samsung’s newest and only projector cell phone, the W7900 (aka Show). He shot a video of the handset and exclaims – a few times in fact – that the 3.2-inch OLED (240×400) screen is gorgeous. The touchscreen looks like it could use some tweaking (i.e. lack of responsiveness), or perhaps Sean just has mittens for hands (kidding, Sean). Hit the video for a walk through, or just peep the listed specs below.
- Projector: 10 lumens, 480 by 320 pixels, up to 50 in. diagonal
- Screen: 240-by-400-pixel, 3.2-in. OLED
- Wireless: 3G HSDPA up to 7.2Mbps, global roaming (900/1800/1900 MHz)

- Size: 4.4 by 2.2 by 0.7 in.
- Price: TBD
