Gaming Headphones — 05 January 2009
I’ve always been on the skeptical side when it comes to surround sound headphones. I mean, two speakers to simulate 5.1 channels? Please. That is until I saw the Psyko 5.1 Gaming Headphone. The full surround sound headset actually uses 5 audio drivers placed throughout the device in addition to a subwoofer in each ear cup. Psyko Audio Labs also claims that their headphones aren’t subject to common speaker setups since there aren’t any ‘dead zones’ no matter where you sit.
The Psyko 5.1 Headphones will be available early 2009 for $300. In fact it looks like you can order them here, right now.
