A few weeks ago Philips teased the tech world with the announcement of their 21:9 Cinema LCD TV. It measures a solid, and some what ridiculous 56-inches diagonally and includes 5 HMDI ports and as the moniker indicates a 21:9 aspect ratio, a first for consumer LCDs. At the time of the announcement Philips saw it fit to only provide renderings of the TV, which was frustrating and down right disappointing. To the rescue is Pocket-lint, who captured the set on video at the London kick off party. Release is expected this Spring and it’ll cost about $4,260 (3000 GBP). Video below
