Panasonic slipped one by me yesterday, the FX550.  What makes this little point and shooter attractive is it’s 3-inch touchscreen and 12 megapixel sensor.  If so needed, it can also hammer out 720p HD video in the AVCHD Lite format.  Other notables include face detect, 25mm wide angle lens and the usual camera options we’ve all come to expect.
