Sorry….I'm a store manager for OfficeMax and the laptop is the bronze color…not pink. If it tells you anything I am going to buy this lappy myself! It's a great deal!
Would love to buy this product….. But there webs ite and customer service both tell me this item is discountined. Can any one say false advertising!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Some deals are to good to be true.

I just bought the laptop from OfficeMax today (Columbus, Ohio). I have 2 of the older HP dv7-1157cl laptops. The differences: the other laptops cost $1,000 three months ago; the other laptops have intel 2.0 centrino dual-core processors, 64-bit Vista Home Premium….the dv7-1264nr at OfficMax has an AMD Turion x 2 processor at 2.2 GHz, 32-bit Vista (same 4GB of RAM). The other laptops had two 250GB hard drives…the AMD laptop has only a 320GB hard drive. The AMD laptop also has Blu-Ray (so does the intel one), but the AMD one has lightscribe where the intel one does not. Both have HDMI outputs!
This computer is no longer on sale at OfficeMax. It is available but at $849.99. I am waiting for it to go on sale so I can buy another on for a friend. I bought one in January and like it, except for it is very hard to see the keys at night – so beware. I recommend the computer for daytime and VERY bright lighting conditions. Blu ray is cool for some people, but I have no use for it, just waste of time to spend time watching movies when I could be out having fun or reading. Best Buy has a similar laptop, except for the blu ray, it is the same exact computer.
