Say hello to China’s first handset running the Android OS, the QiGi i6.  The touchscreen device is also available in a Windows Mobile 6.1 flavor and features a 2.8-inch LCD, 624MHz processor, 256MB of ROM, 128MB of RAM, 2MP camera, Bluetooth, GPS, and a microSD card slot for expansion.  Connectivity comes in the form of Bluetooth, WiFi, GSM quad band but lacks 3G support.

No word on price or release date.
