Remember Buffalo’s Mini Linkstation NAS? Yeah, the one that fit in the palm of a hand. The company has now upgraded the drive to include dueling 120GB solid state drives. As a result, the LS-WSS240GL/R1 emits just 2.3db of noise. Buffalo didn’t stop there, though. They’ve also added iPhone and iPod Touch remote access, Mac Time Machine support and the ability to upload files directly to the drive via USB.
It’s currently only available in Japan and costs $1,200.
