  1. Ive only had it freeze on me once to the point Ive had to take the battery out. It does shut off or restarts itself alot and the battery is plenty charged. It does it mostly just as you send a text so sometimes the text will go through and other times you have to recompose it and send again. It will also say sending message even when theres no message to be sent or shortly after youve sent one. The screens not of any use if you get sent a pic,and its of no use as a music player without a micro sd card. The back and send buttons are right next to each other so you have to watch out on that. Its just a phone with no frills and depending on use, daily annoying occurances.

  2. I HAVE MANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS PHONE. i HAVE EXCHANGED THIS PHONE THREE TIMES AND STILL HAVE TH SAME PROBLEM. WHEN I’M TEXT MESSAGING OR TALKING ON THE PHONE, IT FREEZES UP ON ME OR THE SCREEN TURNS BLACK. i HAVE TO TAKE THE BATTERY OUT AND RESTART MY PHONE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS PHONE.

  3. since this phone does not have a sim card, can someone please tell me how to get my deleted text messages out of it being my son deleted them on accident? Thank You!

  4. I have had more problems with this phone than any other phone I have owned. The phone locks up constantly, and you have to completely remove the battery to reset it. My text messages send late and are recieved late. You can’t use any of the uploaded music as ringtones, which isn’t a real problem just no fun. The keys on the phone are very small, which makes texting a disaster since the BACK button happens to be right next to the key that cancels message. The T9 texting dictionary is ridiculous. But the worst problem I have is every once in a while my phone screen will turn black—which means a big problem: Any messages from my DRAFTS folder, even if they had been deleted days before, send to the contact they were meant for. That could cause LOTS of problems…they are drafts for a reason and there isn’t any way I have found to avoid it. I would no sugggest buying this phone.

  5. I just got this phone about a week ago, and so far I am really impressed with the phone. (especially when you consider that you get this phone for around $40, if you buy it through Cricket because you get the first month free.) From reading other reviews, the biggest complaints were that the Micro SD card was hard to get to. I can assure you that it isn’t that hard to get to, and you really don’t need to access the card very often if you have a mini usb plug. The LCD screen is a bit on the small side and the keys are also small. However, if you have average size hands, the key size really isn’t a problem. Overall this phone is well worth the price and the MP3 player is a nice bonus.
