Alltel Wireless, America’s largest network, has partnered with LG Electronics and they have just launched a Fastap-equipped LG Swift music cell phone designed to please their faithful customers. The LG Swift is meets all the needs of a fast-paced, dynamic lifestyle and its multimedia features and advanced technology provide immediate access to services and applications while on the go.

This new 3G (third generation) CDMA (code division multiple access) flip phone is really cool, sporting a text input system which fuses a regular phone keypad with raised buttons that provides the same type of functionality as a QWERTY-styled keyboard. This hand set features the latest Fastap technology, which provides quick and easy access to services and applications such as Alltel Navigation, Alltel Shop, Email, Alarm Clock and Image Library.

The phone will be available at Alltel retail stores and online at shopalltel.com for $49.99 after a US 50.00 mail-in rebate and a two-year service agreement.
