It is a shame that the price is back up on amazon. I picked up the f/1.8 for $70 back in ‘07. It has been a good lens, not the best in the world, but for the price it is a great lens.

If you want to try out a low f-stop prime lens then getting this lens is a must, especially when the price is low.
