I purchased the 37LG60 TV from Vann's about 10 days ago and it was indeed a super deal, with free shipping as well as the fact they throw in a FREE, heavy-duty OmniMount for wall mounting the unit. The TV came double-boxed from Montana and other than a small tear in the outer box from handling by FEDEX Ground, it was in great shape when it arrived in Virginia. Picture is very good at 1080p, although it still doesn't compare with my Panasonic Plasma's level of detail. Still, the combo of features (4 HDMI inputs!), automatic brightness control based on level of light in the room, and volume-leveling to keep commercials from blasting you out, make this TV a real bargain. We're very pleased with our purchase, and the prompt service from Vann's. As I haven't had any problems with the TV, I'm not (and hopefully will never be!) qualified to comment on Vann's after-purchase service if you have any problems. Be sure to double-check the 'net for other buyer's comments on Vann's customer service before you buy...
