A little bit outrageous I would say. I would rather buy a new one. For the price, you get 3 gigs ram 250 hard drive, 2ghz processor with full keyboard and numbers pad along with web cam, recorder and lightscribe not to mention the great screen quality. It is fast and the keypad easy to read with a satin finish, not glossy ( too much reflection for me ). The altec lansing speakers sound good too. So far I have run 10 applications at once including streaming audio and cpu usage never went past 47% while downloading. I love it.
