    In order for DLink DPH50U Skype Phone Adapter to work …
    (ie, in order to make a call or receive a call from your regular phone via the Sykpe account, DOES the computer have to be on?? or can the computer be logged off or SHUTDOWN with DPH50U hooked up via USB and it will still work?
