The latest trend in social networking is telling other folks what you’re up to.  Course, this requires you to login on your phone or your computer and provide the details.  The Sook concept, from Adam Brodowski, takes the same principles and applies them to cooking.  Only instead of you logging in and inputting the info, the Sook’s cutting board detects what’s being chopped, cut, or eaten and uploads the details automatically.

The Sook is probably a little too niche to ever become reality, but we’ve seen tables that detect things.
