Wireless — 23 September 2008
Investing in one Blu-ray player is reasonable, but outfitting every room in your house can become exceedingly costly. If you’re ok with sharing one source, like the Leap Frog days, Sony’s newest Bravia Wireless Link Module might be the way to go. The DMX-WL1 is composed of a transmitter and receiver. Plug the transmitter into the Blu-ray player, etc, and the HD signal is received by the receiver unit up to 65 feet away. The DMX-WL1 is specifically designed for Sony Bravia TVs, integrates into its menus and works with the TV’s provided remote.
It will be available October 30th, but you can preorder it here for $800
