Pretec Unveils Super Fast, And Large, Compact Flash Cards: 233X and 333X

Shattering the previous record of 50GBs, Pretec released details about their 64GB and 100GB 233X Compact flash cards today. Read and write speeds are up to 35Mbps, overtaking Sandisk’s recently released Extreme III 32GB cards. The housing is built from metal providing a very rugged and sturdy build. They also announced the 333X 32GB and 50GB compact flash cards that read and write up to 50Mbps!
Stuff these into the CompactRAID CR2T from Sans Digital, and you’ve got a 200GB solid state drive for a laptop. The 233X 64GB and 333X 32GB CF cards will be available this Wed for $399 and $630 respectively.
