LG Set To Introduce Slim and Uber Futuristic DVD Player: DVS450H
August 28th, 2008 9:14 PM | by Christen da CostaIt’s interesting that the consumer electronic manufacturers are still producing DVD players, especially ones like this that are so cool looking. In reality, DVD still sells better than Blu-ray, so hence why. The LG DVS450H is a super slim and hip looking DVD player that can be placed on a wall or table top (orientation is variable). It can apparently output at 1080, but doesn’t contain a Blu-ray or HD DVD drive. It does feature a USB input, which allows for an external hard drive to be attached and supports DivX HD and Xvid-HD (there’s your HD).
The LG DVS450H will probably hit the EU first, if any at all, and cost over $200.
