I have been using one of these computers for quite awhile for work / gaming and it works wonderfully. I have never had a problem except for a few times when I was INCREDIBLY STUPID and brushed against the wireless switch on the side of the laptop. Overall this is a perfect laptop for anyone doing work or gaming or just wants a computer that can handle anything you throw at it. I'm running Vista Ultimate, Windows XP, Ubuntu, Suse on it as a quad boot and it works fine in each OS.

I bought this computer back in January. After 2 weeks the computer completely crashed, the company told me it was a hard drive problem. Customer services told me I could open the computer without voiding the warranty and they would "walk me through it". This didn't sound write so I called back and spoke with someone else and was told if I had opened up the computer my entire warranty would have been voided. So 2 weeks after I got my computer I had to mail it back and was wihtout a computer for -3 weeks. AFter I got it back the wireless would just shut off- no reason at all, let's see randomly, everytime I re-started the computer etc. I would have to manually turn it on through the computer and then wait 15-20 min for it to start working again.

Now 8 months after buying the computer and 7 months after having the hard dirive replaced it has failed yet again....
