iphone-3g

According to Swedish weekly mag, the Ny Teknik, the newest iPhones, which sport 3G chips might have a flaw.   Apparently, some handsets sensitivity to 3rd generation network signals are way below 3G standards.  Ultimately, this means crappy 3G connectivity (aka dropped calls and poor reception).  Forum users have claimed to do side-by-side testing with other 3G handsets and found the iPhone to be on the weak side.  Course, this verdict might be more looking at the ‘bars’ displayed on the iPhone screen, which isn’t necessarily an accurate representation of signal strength, and more a subjective one.
