I've had this phone for a long time....i like certain features the mp3 is decent but dont rely on the phones speaker itself. If you do not plan on waisting your money on the data service..wanting it primarily for a PHONE. do not get it. My contacts along with text messages and even pictures have all been deleted without any answer from the t-mobile tech staff. I hate that! And dont even think about personalizing it unless you want to pay a pretty penny. And the camera thats a whole new story...there is no ZOOM! and no flash. so you can forget about taking a picture from a distance it just wont work. I once really enjoyed this phone after being scammed into buying it..but now i fully understand why it was a scam...not worth my 300. Do not get this phone!
