Don’t hold your breath on this one, but according to an AP article, Matsushita, Panasonic’s parent company is set to launch a new factory by 2010 that’ll begin production on a 40-inch OLED display.  The biggest OLED kicking around these days is from Sony and is just a mere 11-inches diagonally.  I didn’t see it, but apparently Samsung showed off a 31-inch OLED TV at CES earlier this year.

Don’t expect any significantly OLED display advancements until 2011 or later.  That should read, they won’t hit the market at that size until then.
