Even if a person isn't interested in 'HD" radio this little tuner will be huge improvement for most just because of it's analog selectivity and sensitivity on FM. Many channels that are normally masked by strong local stations will suddenly appear out of the much with this radio compared to others. Not only is it a great tuner, but the sound quality is EXCELLENT, as are most Sonys. This radio is one of the best FM radios ever built, and only 100 bucks.
