Samsung SGH-F700 To Join Verizon As The Glyde

Samsung Glyde aka U940
What originally started as the Samsung SGH-F700 in Europe has become the Glyde (SGH-U940) for Verizon’s network. According to Gadgetell you can expect this touch screen, QWERTY keyboard slider (hence the name) sometime in Q1 2008, although an official launch date hasn’t been announced.

    I recently purchased the Samsung Glyde. For my birthday.. I love it a lot! I used to have the Chocolate 2 and I hated it. Having to press 7 4 times! I love the touch screen and the Qwerty Keyboard…
