Throw in 480 bright LED lights and 32 near infrared optical sensors and you’ve got the “The Wave”, an interactive light emitting coffee table. Drag your arm, glass, or any object across the table and a wave of light will follow. Let the table sit idle and it will sparkle like the stars in the sky. “The Wave” is customizable and comes in a variety of glass finishes and colored LED lights. Did I mention that it’s built of “100% certified sustainable high-quality zero-formaldehyde maple plywood, and finished with a durable eco-friendly water-based finish”. Each table is built to order so expect a 10 week wait time and a price tag of just over $2,200.
