The commercial say's the fewest drop call network...
But cinglar must not like me . Almost every call i make or take there no way to make it past a 5 min conversation without the call dropping . And my contract is up next year and i renewal two phone at the same time. But i can get a new phone in april and the other in june what is up with that.. That start on customer service !If your phone is missed up they send you the same old funky phone . Three time with the same phone . Then this phone now . I like cingular but the bull around it gets me steamed

I switched from t-mobile to cingular also. Big mistake on my part. We get tons of dropped calls and very hazy service signals nearly everywhere we drive. The phones are also junk from Cingular. Too bad where Il ive I cant get T-moblie. I was with T-mobile when they were Voicestream. I think Id consider moving just to get back into T-mobiles range of service.

I switched from t mobile for many years and went to Cingular
what a mistake, reception was no better than I was use to.

And to make matters worse was the Samsung I got with the plan
went out so I said I didn't like the phone anyway bad design.

So I went on the net looking for the Pearl, first of all Cingular has the monopoly on certain not a fair way to detail, It's too easy if not
closely regulated, the customers will most certainly get taken ,, year after year. ?????????????????????????????????
