Apple also released a new 1GB Shuffle. Honestly, I’m a little more excited about this one given its shear size. The new shuffle is drastically smaller then the original and is built of anodized aluminum – this brings up its street cred significantly considering past Shuffles were some cheap plastic. They’ve eliminated the USB male plug and opted for a sleeker, yet not more convenient, dock, which is included in the package. Most certainly ideal for the gym as the new Shuffle includes a built in clip for easy attachment to clothing. Expect the Gym Friendly Shuffle to ship sometime in October and cost $79.
