Grew up back East, got sick of the cold and headed West. Since I was small I have been pushing buttons - both electronic and human. With an insatiable need for tech I thought "why not start a blog focusing on technology, and use my dislikes and likes to post on gadgets."

  1. Did an impromptu presentation 3 months ago and had to drag a semi-functional laptop. Fancied how beau a phone display wud b. Not 4 show, but 4 convenience. We r on phone mobile 23 hrs. Why the hiatus? Thought such a gadget already exists… n that I oughta upgrade. Did u say next April? Can’t wait, even hea in Kenya.

  3. Microvision corp. has developed such a projector along with Motorola and showed the prototype in Vegas this week. It projects with lasers and can project an image up to 100" x 100" in size. They also are releasing on the market soon a mini stand alone projector the size of an ipod video unit. You can hook your ipod up to it and project the same image on the wall, etc. Check it out!

  4. This projector is capable of projecting much larger than 7 inches. If you go to the microvision web site, which is the company who invented the projector, they show a demonstration. This was also demonstrate at the 2007 Consumer Electronics Show. It shows a youtube video of a much larger screen. It is really awesome!

  5. actually, the 0.24″ LCD display in the projector is made by Kopin corporation, a US company.
