Sony PlayStation 3 Release Date Updated

Sony PlayStation 3Today Sony officially confirmed the PlayStation 3 delay rumors that have been floating around on the net.  According to Sony, the official PlayStation 3 release date will be in November.  Sony is planning an almost simultaneous launch in Japan, North America and Europe.

According to speculated Nintendo Revolution release date information, this would be the PS3 and Revolution would be launching the same month.  The Microsoft XBox 360 will have had a full one year advantage over the two.

This will be an interesting battle to say the least.
