The RDCRS, which is primarily designed to be used by emergency vehicles or in major emergency situations, allows government agents cellular signal coverage no matter how poor the reception indoor or outdoor by boosting the signal. Covers up to 15,000 square feet, and packaged in a rugged suit case on wheels. Includes a backup 8 hour battery if AC power is not available, and can apparently be married to a fuel cell for extended use.
