iPod Garage has a review up on the new iBeat iPod headphones. These earbuds have cables that illuminate to the sound of the beat. Kind of like the Blinkit. Just what did they think of this unique iPod accessory?

Pros

  • Fun product that adds another dimension to the iPod listening experience
  • Works with any iPod model (cradles are included for iPod, mini, and shuffle)
  • Choice of six colors allows you to customize your experience

Cons

  • Built-in earbuds are not quite up to the standard of the iPod’s included earbuds
  • Includes battery pack that must be dealt with; included rubber cradles are only a partially acceptable solution
  • Lighting system is only effective within a certain volume range

You can pick yours up at iBeatUSA.com for $29.99.
