Samsung’s SGH-P300 is unbelievably small and still packs a punch. At just 8.9mm (0.35″) thick, the phone is supported by a 1.3 megapixel camera, a 262k color screen, and all the while can playback a laundry list of audio formats (MP3/AAC/AAC+/e-AAC+) via its 80MB of on board memory. Doesn’t sound like there will be a memory card slot for expansion, but at 81g (2.86oz) and total dimensions at 87.5mm x 54.5mm x 8.9mm (3.44″ x 2.14″ x 0.35″) the SGH-P300 is all about size – even if it looks like a calculator turned phone. According to Mobileburn Europeans should be able to pick one up by Q2 of 2006. No word on pricing at this time.
