Nintendo DS Adds WiFi Movies and Demo Games
It was announced Thursday that Nintendo will soon begin installing WiFi kiosks in Gamestop and Best Buy stores for Nintendo DS Light owners to download movies trailers, and demo games. When a DS user goes near the kiosk they will be prompted for a download. Once the dual screen DS has been turned off the demo content will automatically be erased. Nintendo will also be adding voice chat to “Metroid Prime: Hunters,� that will be available March 20th. Users will only be able to jib jab before and after games, not during. The slimmer version of the DS, the DS-Lite, will go on sale in Japan next month.
