Connecting to your cell phone via Bluetooth, this little device will insure you don’t miss that 3 o’clock conference call because you were too engrossed in Franz Ferdinand while playing your PSP. Similar to the PAN-300VT MP3, the Blueye is both a Bluetooth headset for your cell phone, and ear buds for your music device. Unlike the 300VT, it stores no music, but simply mutes the music when it detects a call. The device comes in three different colors (red, white, and black), can sample an audio stream to create any ring tone, and calls can be answered via voice prompt. Available direct from Mavizen for just over $100.

The device is water resistant (light sprinkles), expect about 8 hours of talk time, and compatible with any 3.5mm headphone jack. [...]
