It’s a clock that runs on the liquid of your choice, and apparently does so by extracting electrons and converting them to electricity via a fuel cell. We’d suggest water over any other liquid, but it’s your penchant for weirdness that will determine that. Doubles as a flower vase and will run you equivalent to a few months water bill.
