We’re not sure what this thing is called, but the translated page says “Die Speakerâ€?, and we assume it is powered by the MP3 player itself (hence its light weight of 1.5oz). In any case, this little ditty is a convenient and compact solution for an external speaker for your MP3 player – great if you’re listening to an audio book or class notes with a partner. Instead of a cord, a 3.5mm headphone jack extends from the device – nothing to get tangled. Comes in black or white and cost you about $26.
