We dont know too much about the Neon, but what we do know is pretty neat. Designed by renowned Japanese designer Naoto Fukasawa in conjunction with KDDI, the flip phone features a hidden LED on its exterior that is only viewable upon incoming call, or prompt. The Neon phone also appears to sport some music capabilities, an FM radio, and some sort of camera.
