Wacky — 03 January 2006


The parent company of iRiver, Reigncom, has announced the iRiver G10 in time for CES 2006. The G10 will be a portable gaming console running Windows Mobile 5.

The device will have between 4 and 8GB of memory. The 800×480 screen will feature 3D graphics.

More to come at CES 2006. Such as whether this device will have a shot against the PSP or DS.

    geeez. i don’t know. stuff like this USUALLY has crappy third party support. and zero first party.

    it all depends on the price, and the games.

    if it’s another $250+ game system, then i don’t expect it to fare well.

    It will rule if it has WIndows Mobile. Who gives a f about if it play games, it’ll be a cool multimedia device.
