Dell XPS 600 Renegade PC

It’s not too often Dell impresses the gadget community. However, with its newly introduced Limited Edition Dell XPS 600 Renegade PC, they’ve done just that.
Watch out Alienware, the XPS 600 is set to dominate the gamer market. This system features a “factory overlocked” Pentium Extreme clocked in at 4.26 Ghz.
But yeah, that’s nothing. The Renegade PC will ship with four NVIDIA graphics processors. They took two NVidia GeForce 7800 SLI cards, each which have slave cards. The means you’re taking up two PCI-Express slots and two more slots for the slaves. Each card has 512MB of video RAM.
The XPS 600 also ships with a blazing fast 10,000 RPM 150 GB hard drive. And for your porn and MP3s? Two 250GB hard drives running at 7,200 RPM.
To top it off, they hired Mike Lavallee from Killer Pain to design the case. I hear each flame on the case added at least a MHz to the clock speed.
Oh and it ships with a 20″ widescreen LCD. No release date or price announced. I’m guessing it’s not going to be cheap.

The only thing it needs is an AMD processor, then it would get more attention. But wow, it’s still truely amazing.

meh…. my AMD proc has a p-rating of 4825, for all of those who dont know what that is, it means my processor is “equivalent” to a 4.825GHz Pentium, but is actually much better.

yeh.. but your 4.8ghz (which i doubt its running at overclock, or full speed) probably doenst have a decent graphics card to support your speed, so its pointless really, now the XPS with its quad AND 4.26GHZ now that is crazy.
im guessing america is going to cost over $1800 me thinks, custom paint alone would cost alot, but who knows..
should come to england as well..

I wish! it will cost, with the 20 inch HD LCD screen it’s shipped with,, at least 4-6k, yes folks, i’m guessing 4 to 6 THOUSAND AMERICAN Grade “a” DOLLAR BILLS. start saving! personally, i’m planning a remorgage of my home for this machine. I just wish i could live “in” the box physically as well as mentally
