Temperature Controlled Butter Dish

December 1st, 2005

Nothings worse then toasting your bread and quickly destroying it with rock solid butter. On the converse, smothering your bread or toast with too much butter (when its super soft) can be sickening (although my English mother would disagree - she grew up without real butter post WWII for a period of time, and boy does she drench it).

Fortunately, and finally, someone has resolved the issue by designing a butter dish that regulates softness based on your preference. The ButterWizard, designed by a London company, controls butter softness via built in fan and microchip.

No word on price or availability.
