Busy flirting on text messages? Nosy significant others reading your cell phone text messages? Do you have sensitive business text messages you’re sending out? A UK developer, Staellium UK, has the answer for you. StealthText.

StealthText is a a new way to send text messages on your cell phone. The SMS messages will self-destruct 40 seconds after they are read.

The service will work on any WAP-enabled phone in the UK. Simply text STEALTH to 80880 and download the StealthText applet. 10 secure text messages will cost you £5.

Staellium UK plans to make its StealthText service available across Europe, in the US and Asia early next year.
