Possibly The Silliest Personal Transportation Unit
This thing looks like you need to be either a clown (cue the music) or an idiot, you decide. Apparently, its a Japanese version of the Segway (lack of a better description) called the PMP-2. Max range is 6 miles at 4.5 mph, and at a cost of about $1000 don’t expect these to hit US side walks anytime soon.
