Nokia 6282 Announced for US Release

December 1st, 2005 9:32 AM | by Christen da Costa | 3 Comments

Nokia launched its sleek, minimalist looking 6282 sliding keyboard phone today.

The Nokia 6282 sports a 1 megapixel camera (slight disappointment considering Nokia has entered the 2 megapixel market), an FM radio, and a digital music player with hot-swappable miniSD cards. The phone is 3G compatible and should offer the ability to download music, ringtones, and more of a high speed network.

The phone is expected to be available here in the States on 1900MHz UMTS networks sometime in Q1 2006. No word on price.
