Samsung M70: Laptop and Monitor in one

Samsung just announced the world’s first laptop and monitor in one. Wait a second, don’t all laptops have monitors? Yeah, but this one is detachable and a fully featured monitor and the severed laptop is still a fully featured laptop! The combo is known as the Samsung M70.

Seem silly? Then you haven’t thought of the possibilities. You use your laptop with giant 19″ monitor at work and when you get home you want to hook it up to your 37″ Sharp LCD. Easy, just pop off that monitor and attach. And on the other side of the token, let’s say you got a beastly gaming machine at home. You just brought your beautiful 19″ laptop home that the company paid for… might as well hook up that monitor to your home machine!

The Samsung M70 will ship with a 19″ 1680 x 1050 screen, Pentium M770 (2.13 GHz) CPU, 1 gig of DDR ram, 100 gig HDD, and Wi-Fi.

All sounds perfect right? That’s probably true until you try lugging around a 19″ laptop. Can’t wait to see what this guy weighs when more specs are released.
