Pansonic VS2 Review
Mobileburn has a review of the Panasonic VS2 phone. It’s apparently the first phone to market (Nokia recently announced plans for one – N92) with a 16 million color screen (don’t know how you would utilize these colors). Mobileburn found the voice quality to be a bit rough, but felt this could be easily overlooked given the devices brilliant screen and slender build. They didn’t appreciate the lack of external LCD, and they disliked how the blink notification system of incoming call, or received SMS was limited to a few intervals. Putting aside the pink paint job, Mobileburn still highly recommended the VS2, but were left hoping for a firmware upgrade to resolve poor voice quality.
- Mobileburn Pros: Brilliant screen, capable camera in Macro mode, much improved UI, good price tag.
- Mobileburn Cons: Poor voice quality, low loudspeaker volume, no proper email application.
