Not quite, but close. Just mark your goods with your thumb print, or finger print, by first placing it in the special ink. The thumb print only becomes visible under special UV light (enter CSI). Great for small, valuable devices, such as cell phones, ahh…what else…Nonetheless, you could probably mark some money and setup a covert sting operation.
